We act as hub agents for other countries/cruise destinations in North African "Maghreb" ports,
to assure reliability and prompt services, our team is always ready 24/24 all year long to assist you via our hotlines.
We have a panel of over thirty prestigious customers (Costa, Hapag Lloyd, MSC, Holland America Line, Seabourn,
Silverseas, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd, Princess Cruise, etc)
that entrust us abt. 300 cruise calls
per annum in varying Moroccan ports.
Set up of a "Cruise Quality Control Chart" for calls' handling.
The staff of our cruise division is particularly well trained in public & guest relations dealing with a wide range
of participants such as Passengers, Port officials, Immigration officials, Tour operators, and authorities to ensure
that the cruise vessel's call is a perfect success.
Set up of "Welcome Structure" at the foot of the gangway, security ropes along vessel, shuttle to taxi station, reception hostess, etc.
Your final D/A fully substantiated will be sent within thirty days.
We manage our own branch with agents all over Morocco in cities such as Casablanca / Mohammedia, Nador,Tangier,
El Jadida / Jorf Lasfar, Safi, Agadir and Laâyoune.
This department is certified ISO 9001 - 2008 version by Bureau Veritas certification.
Quality audits are carried out on boards on a regular basis to provide an ongoing improvement.
