Lasry Maroc acquired a strong and long tramp agency experience, and assures more than 800 annual calls of all types
of vessels. We manage our own agencies in most of the ports of the kingdom, perfectly in line with ISO 9001/2000.

Our Tramp Department is experienced in handling all types of ships and an extensive range of commodities including (chemicals,
food product, gas, refined product). In 2008 we handled 810 calls (compared to 428 calls in 2002), dispatched between dry bulks,
conventional /heavy lift cargos, cruise vessels, car carriers, and various tankers with reputed carriers.

Your final D/A fully substantiated will be sent within thirty days.

We manage our own branch with agents all over Morocco in cities such as Casablanca / Mohammedia, Nador,Tangier,
Tangier Med, El Jadida / Jorf Lasfar, Safi, Agadir/ Laâyoune).

The Department is an ISO 9001/2000 certified (Since 2004 & Renewed in 2007) as well as all our agencies carrying on a regular
basis quality Audits on boards to provide an ongoing improvement.

PURE CAR CARRIER ATTENDANCE

Set up of a “Quality Control Chart” specific to this “product” with, in particular :

Meticulous control of assigned berth prior each call,

Coordination of stevedoring,

Getting a suitable berth without any delay, making arrangements for stevedoring, liaison with cargo interests (shippers in case
of loading & receivers in case of discharging) Preparation of a proforma, sending notice of arrival, fret collection…,

Set up of signalling (i.e. cones, colour coded tapes, etc.) on board vessel and on berth,

Supply of clean overalls to the Dockers,

Quality audit on board each call.
